Shipping

We are happy to offer shipping within the United States.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Rates:
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Delivery Time:
    Once your order ships, delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Alfred & Lu is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Order Tracking:
    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to modify orders once they have been processed.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

  • Return Eligibility:
    Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Jewelry

    • Personalized or custom items

    • Gift cards

  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please email us at info@alfredandlu.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.


In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
